Remodels & Additions

About Remodels and Additions

The projects shown in this gallery illustrate the wide range of home remodeling and addition projects I have designed throughout Denver and Colorado’s Front Range. They range from relatively small additions and interior renovations to extensive whole-house remodeling.

As a residential architect, I approach each remodeling project with the goal of creating a design that responds to the owners’ needs while respecting the character and architecture of the existing home. A successful addition should feel as though it belongs there—not as though it was simply added on years later.

Remodeling and additions can sometimes be more challenging than designing a new home because existing construction, zoning requirements, structural conditions and budgets all have to be considered and worked around. At the same time, those constraints often lead to some of the most creative and satisfying design solutions.

Whether you are considering a new kitchen, primary suite, expanded living space or a more extensive renovation, I welcome the opportunity to discuss the possibilities for your home.
