Each project was approached with the goal of creating a thoughtful design that responds to the client’s needs, the character and constraints of the existing structure, and the building’s intended use.

Remodeling and addition projects can often be more challenging than designing a new structure. Existing conditions must be carefully evaluated and incorporated into the design, requiring creativity, flexibility, and practical problem-solving. At the same time, these constraints frequently become opportunities—leading to distinctive and imaginative design solutions that enhance the existing building while giving it new life and purpose.
